## Description

The Hader Clinic is a private drug and alcohol rehabilitation clinic. The clinic’s holistic treatment model helps individuals heal not only physically and mentally, but spiritually as well. Upon completion of the Hader Clinic’s rehabilitation program clients are able to undertake a digital aftercare program providing invaluable resources at times of need through the HaderCare mobile application.

The Hader Clinic’s aftercare program provides a structured weekly aftercare support program consisting of addiction rehabilitation information, resources and activities plus weekly meditation videos, and real-time individual counselling sessions via video integration allowing you to continue your recovery when at home.

It features:

1) Daily check ins so you and your counsellor can monitor your ongoing health and wellbeing and to help identify triggers and flashpoints
2) A weekly aftercare program of educational resources and activities 
3) Location and activity check ins to record events and meetings
4) Weekly meditation videos
5) One-on-one live video counselling sessions
6) Emergency contacts and useful online resources
