## Description

Anchored is only accessible to people taking part in a study conducted by The Black Dog Institute.

Anchored is an app that aims to improve wellbeing and mental health outcomes for working Australians. Anchored is centred around a 30-day challenge of mindfulness and cognitive behavioural tasks designed to upskill users and promote wellbeing. 

This app draws on evidence-based research and has been designed by industry experts in mental health, including psychiatrists and clinical psychologists.
