## Review summary

Users broadly praise Iron for its simple, free, and highly customizable workout logging with a clean UI. It’s beginner-friendly and offers useful features like a built-in timer and progress tracking. The main downsides are missing content: no cardio options and few forearm/lower-back exercises, with many asking for more variety. Occasional UI quirks and integration issues (Apple Health) are noted but do not outweigh the overall positive sentiment.

- Highly customizable; you can add your own exercises and routines.
- Beginner-friendly and no ads; reliable for basic logging.

### Cons

- Missing cardio options.
- Limited forearm and lower-back focused exercises.
