## Description

**Health Export CSV** helps you back up and take control of your Apple Health data. Export activity, heart rate, nutrition, sleep, workouts, routes, reproductive health, and more to CSV, PDF, or GPX. Customize data types, date ranges, and aggregation levels, then open files in Excel or Google Sheets or analyze them with AI.

Automate exports with Apple Shortcuts or use **HealthExport Remote** to securely sync data in the background, view it through a customizable web dashboard, and perform remote CSV exports. Data is end-to-end encrypted, and the app does not collect or share your health information. An open-source CLI supports workflows with Claude, Codex, and other LLMs.
