Period is a privacy-first period tracker designed for everyone who bleeds and those who don’t. It doesn’t collect personal data, requires no account, and stores data on your device. An optional Sign in with Apple enables secure cloud sync across devices, and you can connect to Apple Health to import/export data.

Track a wide range of indicators—flow, cycle length, hormones, temperature, contraception reminders, notes, and more. Create custom entry types with icons, add notes, set reminders and widgets, import CSVs, and export all data. Subscriptions are $8.99/year with a 7-day free trial. Dark mode supported.
