SMMobile by FIS DS

- Allow users all staff around the world to login/ update the Request/ Incidents
- View report of ticket numbers
- Push notification on change of ticket information
- View ticket details, search for tickets in the list, handle tickets including: update, process, change the processing person, comment and add photo.
- View ticket history and attachments

Allows to access the camera and photo gallery to fit with business operations. Users update the picture of the broken device status on a ticket to manage information capture.
