## Description

StarPlayer+ is a mobile-friendly MP4 video player designed for Chrome. It enables seamless MP4 playback anywhere—cafés, subways, or on the go—by combining gesture-based brightness adjustment, rewind/fast-forward, and AB-repeat. It offers speed control (0.5x–2.0x), aspect ratio options (4:3, 16:9, fullscreen), and bookmark support with thumbnail memos, as well as a playlist of recently downloaded content.

Content management is simple with folder organization managed by a content manager, multiple file downloads, and thumbnail previews. Additional features include bookmark creation/deletion, draggable thumbnail memos, and background MP4 downloads on iOS 9.3 and later for offline viewing.
