## Description

"ST MT 4.3.5" automates the work of sales agents, auditors and merchandisers. The application helps to order goods, present new items, collect field information and conduct calculations with stores. "ST MT 4.3.5" communicates with the company's accounting system and gives an employee remote access to information about products and counterparties.

“MT 4.3.5” automates the main processes of exit trade:
∙ collection of pre-orders (pre-selling);
∙ sale of goods from the car ("trade with wheels" / van-selling) with the design and printing of accompanying documents;
Collection of field information.

Application features:
∙ creating an order, reservation of goods in stock;
∙ online update of information on the amount of counterparty receivables;
∙ automatic generation of the recommended order for each store, taking into account seasonality;
∙ calculation of individual discounts;
∙ formation of assortment matrices, recommended sets of products;
∙ monitoring of POSM (standard of presence) and prices (own and other brands);
∙ keeping sales history;
∙ support of trade information directories (stock balance, routes, contractors, goods, price lists, equipment, advertising materials, sales plans, etc.);

generation and printing of accompanying documents and reports;
Control of remote employees (time spent at a point of sale, checking visits to each point using GPS*, tracking the movement along a route, etc.).

* Continued use of GPS in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
