## Review summary

Overall, reviews frame the app as a strong companion for CPA prep, with quality content, convenient on-the-go listening, and notable mobile flashcards. However, recurring frustrations fall into a few buckets: unreliable video playback (buffering, audio cuts, pausing restarts), frequent glitches and instability, missing website features like the study planner in the mobile app, and download/offline limitations plus readability/orientation issues on mobile. When it functions, it’s valuable; when it doesn’t, users often switch to the website or a laptop.

### Pros

- Convenience of listening to lectures on the go
- Mobile flashcards are a standout feature
- High-quality CPA content and engaging instruction
- App design mirrors the online portal for easier use
- Background audio playback and improved video accessibility

### Cons

- Video playback buffering and audio cuts; pausing restarts the video
- Frequent glitches, unresponsiveness, and occasional login/submission problems
- Missing study planner/plan in the mobile app (website feature not available in app)
- Limitations on downloading multiple videos and unreliable offline viewing
- Textbook readability issues on mobile (spacing/line breaks) and poor video orientation
