Albums is the Apple Music player that puts you in control of your music. Whether you want a quick shuffle or meticulous sorting, it treats your library with care. Use Quick Selection to shuffle, browse a grid of album art, or pick an album and move through tracks with album-focused controls. Enjoy Now Playing, Collection, and Quick Collection widgets, CarPlay support, and iCloud sync so you can pick up where you left off on any device. You can also add album notes and rely on strong Siri interactions and App Intents for accessibility.

Premium Tools for Power Users include Substantial Stats with weekly, monthly, and yearly reports and customizable charts; Last.fm compatibility to scrobble in real time or import history; and deep customization through Insight Collections, color theming, and personal collections. See richer discovery with production credits from MusicBrainz and Discogs, and explore related labels and producers. Note: Premium features require Albums Premium. The app can optionally integrate with Apple Health to create Workout Jams by matching listening history to exercise data—enable this in the Insights tab.
