After a one-time registration with one of your policy numbers or even easier - with a valid ID and a selfie - you can get started right away.

In losleben you will find your personal inbox with digital document delivery and an overview of all your policies at a glance.

You can also file claims for your household, home, car or motorcycle insurance, including uploading invoices, photos, etc., in just a few minutes. You can also quickly and easily submit bills from doctors and therapists, purchase receipts for medications or medical equipment, and confirmations of hospital, spa, or rehab stays. Pharmacy bills can be uploaded quickly and easily using QR codes. Once you submit, the app does the rest for you. You can always keep an eye on the processing status in the app, and you will be informed of any changes via push notifications.

losleben also makes it particularly quick and easy to take out travel or household insurance digitally. After entering just a few additional details, you will find your online policy in your email inbox immediately after taking out the policy.

You can also use the self-service feature under Profile to easily change your personal information if necessary.
