## Review summary

User feedback largely centers on pricing and billing concerns (high charges, fees, and inconsistent bills) coupled with unreliable app behavior (payment processing issues, maintenance during due dates, and poor data persistence). A smaller set appreciates the app's ease of use and basic functionality for monitoring balances and paying bills.

### Pros

- Easy to use and navigate with a simple interface.
- Keeps you updated on totals/balances and makes bill payment straightforward.
- App generally works fine for core tasks like checking balances and paying bills.

### Cons

- Very high and often disputed charges, with fees and delivery charges adding to the bill.
- App does not save account or banking information, forcing re-entry each time.
- Payment processing issues and maintenance outages around due dates impede timely payments.
- Inconsistent billing leading to late fees or unexpected charges due to app/billing problems.
- Difficulty viewing historical billing information and statements.
