## Description

Have you ever had difficulty locating the rule or regulation that covers a particular situation in Little League Baseball or Softball?

Since 2002, Kevin Hunter has published an index to the Little League rulebooks.  This application is a mobile version of the 2019 printed index available through LLUmpires.com.  Search the index by keyword or phrase, and obtain a list of the rule(s) and/or regulation(s) that pertain to that particular situation.

Note that this application does _not_ include the text of the rules themselves, since Little League Baseball, Inc. owns the copyright to them.  It is merely an index.
