MOI - وزارة الداخلية الأردنية يقدم النظام الإلكتروني كجزء من برنامج الحكومة الإلكترونية لتطوير وتقديم خدمات حكومية عبر شبكة مشتركة. يوفر النظام خدمات التأشيرات، الإقامات، ووثائق السفر وربط الدفع الإلكتروني eFawateerCom مع إمكانات الإشعار والمتابعة في التطبيق لضمان تجربة آمنة وسلسة للمستخدمين. 

يمكن للمستخدمين إنشاء حسابات إلكترونية وتقديم الطلبات إلكترونياً، وتتبع المعاملات، وتلقي الإشعارات عبر التطبيق والبريد الإلكتروني والهاتف الخلوي. كما يتيح النظام دفع الرسوم إلكترونياً وتقديم الطلبات من خارج المملكة من خلال السفارة الأقرب.
