## Description

โปรแกรมนี้จะถูกแบ่งเป็น 2 ส่วน คือ

1. ส่วนของโปรแกรมสำหรับประชาชนทั่วไป ในส่วนนี้ ผู้ใช้สามารถตรวจสอบงาช้างและสถานที่ครอบครองงาช้างได้ ซึ่งงาช้างที่ค้นหาได้จะเป็นงาช้างที่ถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย สามารถทำการเปลี่ยนแปลง โอนย้ายหรือค้าขายได้ ถ้าหากผู้ใช้สงสัยว่างาช้างที่พบเป็นงาช้างที่ผิดกฎหมาย ผู้ใช้สามารถแจ้งผ่านโปรแกรมได้

2. ส่วนของโปรแกรมสำหรับเจ้าหน้าที่ ผู้ครอบครอง หรือผู้ค้างาช้าง ในส่วนนี้ ผู้ใช้จะต้อง login ด้วยรหัสผู้ใช้ที่ได้รับจากกรมอุทยานแห่งชาติ สัตว์ป่า และพันธุ์พืช เมื่อเข้ามาแล้ว ผู้ใช้ที่เป็นผู้ครอบครอง หรือผู้ค้างาช้างจะสามารถค้นหางาช้างของตนเองได้ ในขณะที่เจ้าหน้าที่สามารถตรวจสอบงาช้างและสถานที่ตั้งได้ทั้งหมด และยังสามารถรายงานผลการปฏิบัติงานได้ด้วย
