## Description

Equibodybalance™ is a yoga-like method with inspiring, fun and therapeutic exercises from the ground that help the horse achieve self carriage through functional biomechanics, fundamental for sustainability and performance. Suitable for both prehab and rehab, it can be adjusted to fit the horse’s age and level of education. The app also includes fitting instructions for the Equiband™ Pro system, but you do not have to use Equiband™ to do the exercises.

In the app you will find chapters on functional biomechanics, relaxation, mobility, stability, balance, unbroken topline, fascia and posture, plus 32 additional exercises for the thoracic sling, core and pelvis, a training program, tips and FAQ.
