1、从模具领用-上机-停机-开机-下机-保养-维修-到模具归还，将整个模具的使用流程标准化、信息化，无纸化。
2、模具履历无纸化，  模具生产模次，成型周期，模具保养与模具维修的履历可以直接通过计算机或手机端进行明细查看。
3、设备监控看板，总览全厂设备运行状况，随时随地从设备和时间两个方面出发，了解厂区设备每天，每周，每月的稼动状况。
4、模具报修-维修-确认-品质确认，全流程管理， 可避免模具维修延迟、漏修，提高维修品质。
5、模具维修问题点归总，方便维修部针对常见问题和模具进行改善， 修模进度和返修情况一表掌握，为考核提供更有效的数据源。
6、模具BOM和易损配件库存管理，   避免因备件不足而影响模具的维修进度与生产进度。
7、按模次提醒保养，保持模具品质和产品产出效率，根据公司保养项目点检保养，还可上传图片佐证，保证保养质量。
8、模具验收流程化，信息化，过程中的文件统一管理。
