## Description

**B42 - Soccer Training** combines soccer-specific athletic conditioning, ball drills and personalized development plans for players of every position and skill level. Developed with former DFB expert Oliver Schmidtlein, B42 offers 500+ workouts and drills, including passing, first touch, finishing, speed, explosiveness, core stability and endurance training.

Train for 5–25 minutes a day at home, in the gym or on the field—often without equipment. The app analyzes your profile, tracks performance and automatically adapts your training plan. Gamified features such as XP, levels, leagues, streaks, PlayerCards, skill challenges and community competition help make consistent training engaging. B42 also includes soccer-specific comeback programs for common injuries, GPS running training and detailed statistics through B42 Boost.

With more than 500,000 players worldwide, B42 helps athletes improve match fitness, sharpen technical skills, reduce injury risk and perform at their best throughout the full 90 minutes.
