JPS Virtual Care offers 24/7 telehealth from anywhere via your smartphone or tablet. During virtual visits, a healthcare provider can diagnose, treat, and prescribe medication if appropriate — with no appointment needed. Connect in minutes to a care provider; suitable for families with children aged 2 and up. All visits are secure and confidential.

The service covers many common conditions such as cough/cold, sinus infections, allergies, rashes, and pink eye. If you use Apple Health, you can optionally share health data during the visit (heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, glucose, weight, nutrition, and respiratory rate) with the caregiver.
