## Description

De Icon-app maakt gebruik van de Iconnect cloud PBX- en het Unified Communications-platform voor zakelijke gesprekken en voicemail.
•	Meerdere gesprekken afhandelen, audioconferentie, in wacht en doorverbinden.
•	Eén nummer voor zowel het vast als mobiel toestel.
•	Bellen vanuit uw iPhone-contactenlijst.
•	Inkomende oproepen naar uw vast bedrijfsnummer worden automatisch aangeboden op uw iPhone.
•	Alle uitgaande oproepen vanuit de app laten uw vast bedrijfsnummer zien i.p.v. van uw mobiel nummer.
•	Inkomende oproepen naar de app tonen het origineel nummer van de beller, niet dat van de PBX.
•	Oproepgeschiedenis: gemiste oproepen, ontvangen oproepen, uitgaande oproepen.
•	Beheer uw zakelijke voicemails.
•	Chat met collega's, individueel of in groepen.
•	"Aanwezigheid" ... Bekijk de status en beschikbaarheid van uw collega's
•	Overdracht van Wifi naar 3G/4G/5G-netwerk tijdens gesprek.
