## Description

Readiness provides a concise, evidence-based wellness questionnaire you can use from iPhone, iPad, or Mac to gauge daily preparedness for training and competition.

The app produces a 1–9 Readiness score from sleep quality, muscle soreness, fatigue, and stress, with a traffic-light system (green/orange/red) showing current status and historical trends against the two-month average. It also supports unlimited teams and athletes, unlimited tests, CSV export, and intuitive graphs to monitor progress. Designed by the sports scientist behind My Jump 2 and My Lift.
