“鄂汇办”是由湖北省人民政府推出，集政务办事、民生服务、政民互动、政务公开为一体的全省统一政务服务移动平台。
【政务办事】
为企业和群众提供全省政务服务事项的办事指南、在线咨询、在线申请、查看办事进度等服务，随时随地掌上办“政”事。
【民生服务】
聚焦社保、医保、公积金、户政、交管、不动产、教育、医疗卫生等高频服务，接入1400余项便民服务，覆盖生活方方面面。
【政民互动】
群众可以咨询、投诉、建议，问题会分发到各政务部门进行处理。还有小鄂教你办，提供政务百科、办事攻略，教您省时省力轻松办事。
【政务公开】
决策公开、办事公开、信息公开、政策解读，让群众了解、知情，使行政行为在社会的监督下进行。
