## Description

Portolapp brings the below features to students on campus

- Schedules: Students are able to see the minutes until the end of every class, passing period, the time school starts and the class schedule for the day on the home page.

- Events: Students with the app can preview upcoming events on campus 

- Teachers: Students can save their classes and teachers, and the app provides an easy-to-access directory of all the teachers and administration staff on campus, making the task of emailing a teacher more efficient.

- ID Card: Students can save their ID card with its barcode within the app in case they forget to bring their physical ID cards.

- Calendar: Students can check the class schedule as well as the start and end time of a school day with the interactive calendar in the app

- Students can have access to shortcuts to call the front office as well as the attendance office.

- Students can have access to school news and entertainment such as Portola Pilot and Portola News Network (PNN)

- Notifications: Students receive notifications the day before a special schedule day on their device
