## Review summary

Reviews praise print quality and fast Walgreens pickup but repeatedly hit app instability and usability problems. Users report crashes, failed photo selection, broken previews, and non-working discounts, along with limited editing options and inconsistent in-store fulfillment. When the app works, outcomes are high quality and quick, but reliability is inconsistent and frustrating overall.

### Pros

- Consistently high-quality prints (photos and canvases).
- Fast in-store pickup/turnaround times (often ready in minutes).
- App can be easy to use and convenient when functioning.

### Cons

- Frequent crashes and the app won’t open during purchase.
- Discount codes and coupons often don’t apply or don’t reflect in-store discounts.
- Photo selection and preview features are unreliable (cannot load multiple photos; previews not shown).
- Editing controls are limited or awkward (cropping/resize drag issues; edge cropping).
- In-store fulfillment reliability is poor (promised same-day completion not met; delays).
