My MWHC gives you secure mobile access to lab results, upcoming appointments, current medications, immunization history, and more. Sign in with your MyChart account to view test results with standard ranges, read and respond to messages from your care team, manage appointments, and receive health advisories for preventive care.

Also includes a comprehensive health summary (medications, allergies, immunizations, and health concerns), proxy access for designated family members, and the ability to upload health and fitness data, including Apple Health data, when enrolled in self-tracking programs.
