With the COMMcloud app, customers subscribed to Videotron Business’ Cloud Communication services can:  

• Access all the features of their company’s telephone system; 
• Use a single number – one phone number per person, no matter how many devices are used (computer, office phone, tablet or mobile); 
• Benefit from Dual Identity for Mobile - make and take calls with the number of their choice, personal or professional;  
• Access all other modes of communication directly from their mobile: chatting, presence notification, video calls, audio and videoconferencing. 
• Benefit from superior sound quality - calls made in the cloud can be transmitted over the Wi-Fi (VolP) or mobile network;
• Access the company’s directory; 
• Quickly access the latest speaker exchanges – contextual integration possible with Office 365, Microsoft OutlookTM, Google and Salesforce.

*The COMMcloud app applies to customers subscribed to Videotron Business’ Cloud Communication services, and the available features vary according to the customer’s plan.
