TCDD Taşımacılık'ın EYBİS sistemiyle biletlerinizi mobil uygulama, internet veya Çağrı Merkezi üzerinden hızlıca alabilirsiniz. Biletler satış tamamlandıktan sonra SMS ve e-posta ile iletilir; 7/24 Çağrı Merkezi ve WhatsApp üzerinden anlık destek mevcuttur.

YHT ve konvansiyonel trenler için farklı bilet tipleri (Hesaplı, Standart, Esnek), bilet geçerlilik kuralları ve yolcu hakları gibi konuları kapsayan ayrıntılar sunulur. Ayrıca trenlerde yemekli vagonlar ve yolculuk konforunu artıran hizmetler ile iade/değişiklik politikalarına dair bilgiler de bulunur.
