## Description

Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji is the eternal living Guru for Sikhs, representing the culmination of the Sikh Gurus' teachings. It began as Adi Granth compiled by Guru Arjan and was later expanded by Guru Gobind Singh with an added sloakh and the hymns of Guru Tegh Bahadur, becoming the Sri Guru Granth Sahib. The scripture comprises 1430 angs (pages) and about 6000 shabads, arranged primarily by the 31 ragas in which they are sung. It is written in Gurmukhi and includes languages such as Lahnda, Braj Bhasha, Khariboli, Sanskrit, Sindhi, and Persian. It also records the traditions of saints and two Muslim Sufi saints, Bhagat Bhikan and Sheikh Farid, reflecting a universal devotional message within Sikhism.
