## Description

MyLATITUDE is a free patient app designed for Boston Scientific patients who use the LATITUDE NXT Communicator. It helps you with setup, explains the status lights, and provides current status information about your Communicator.

Note: This app is not a replacement for your LATITUDE Patient Manual and should not be used for medical emergencies. LATITUDE NXT Patient Management is a remote monitoring system that shares device data with your healthcare team. Keep the Communicator plugged in, follow safety instructions, and contact your physician or LATITUDE Customer Support with questions.
