## Review summary

Lawgivers is praised for its deep, immersive political simulation and breadth of customization with ongoing updates. However, reviewers cite bias/accuracy concerns about US governance, a strong desire for more content (laws, ideologies, economy, diplomacy, wars, map), and a steep learning curve with weak guidance. The game often leaves players unsure how their actions translate into outcomes or success, despite its potential as an educational and engaging political sim.

### Pros

- Deep, in-depth political simulation with substantial depth and realism.
- Highly engaging and fun for politics enthusiasts.
- Rich customization with many options (parties, policies, ideologies).
- Active development with regular updates from the developers.

### Cons

- Perceived bias and inaccuracies in portraying US politics and governance.
- Requests for more content and realism (additional laws, ideologies, economy, diplomacy, wars, world map, alliances).
- Inadequate tutorials and a steep learning curve; unclear how mechanics work and how to succeed.
- Unclear feedback loop: hard to see how decisions affect outcomes or lead to success.
