From the Phyn app you’ll see how much water your family uses and where it’s going, with instant leak alerts via SMS and push notifications. Plumbing Checks can detect pinhole leaks and poor seals, and Water Use Plus tracks daily and monthly usage to help you save on water costs. Pre-Freeze Warnings help prevent pipe bursts by warning you before ice forms.

Phyn Plus adds auto and remote shutoff, continuous leak monitoring, and deeper plumbing diagnostics. It integrates with Alexa, Google Assistant, and IFTTT and lets you manage water across up to 6 properties from a single account.
