## Review summary

Users repeatedly report DigiLocker on iOS being unstable: it often crashes or won’t open, especially after updates, and sessions are frequently terminated requiring repeated logins. International use is hampered by 403 Forbidden errors outside India, preventing access from the US, Gulf, or other regions. Login and account creation hurdles, including OTP/PIN verification problems, compound accessibility issues. While some users can download and view Aadhaar, PAN, and other documents with quick verification, reliability is inconsistent and the app’s iOS compatibility (notably with iOS 18/18.2) needs urgent fixes.

### Pros

- Document download/viewing (Aadhaar, PAN, driving licence, marksheets) works well for some users when it functions.
- Verification is quick and smooth for those who can complete it.
- Occasionally usable for international users, demonstrating potential cross-border access when available.

### Cons

- Frequent crashes or the app not opening, including after updates and on iOS.
- Sessions are frequently terminated with sign-out after authentication, forcing repeated logins.
- 403 Forbidden errors outside India, making data inaccessible from the US, Gulf, and other regions.
- Difficulties creating an account or logging in, with OTP/PIN verification issues.
- Ongoing compatibility problems with newer iOS versions (notably iOS 18/18.2).
