Solve3Var3Eq - Solves problems consisting of 3 equations and 3 variables using the Gauss Jordan sequential elimination pivoting method.

Especially designed for you Math lovers!  Solve3Var3Eq is a matrix based app that helps solve problems consisting of 3 equations and 3 variables stated in the following format where n and RHS are numerical values:

    n(1a)X + n(2a)Y + n(3a)Z = RHS(1)

    n(1b)X + n(2b)Y + n(3b)Z = RHS(2)

    n(1c)X + n(2c)Y + n(3c)Z = RHS(3)

Solve3Var3Eq also documents the three pivot steps used to arrive at the problem’s solution which enables the user to review each step in the solution process.

In addition, a detailed example problem is provided to show a practical way the app may be utilized. 

Due to space limitations, Solve3Var3Eq excludes comma number separators.  In addition, large numbers, especially in pivot table calculations, may exceed available cell size and may be truncated for visual presentation. In some instances where zero is either the divisor or dividend, the result may be an unsolvable equation.  In addition, the app rounds to 2 decimal places which may have an impact on your answers.
