Recent reviews

I’m required to use this company for my HSA. However, they keep 1k of my money in a bank account that earns .05% interest, in a world where 4% is common. You can choose to invest money in excess of 1000, but you have to go through their schwab agreement and pay $18 for that privilege. They also make you submit forms that are not required by law to make eligible health expense withdrawals. What’s to like? If they allowed us choices among HSA providers, no one would choose this option. Also, not legally a bank.
