## Description

Helsana+ bonus programme helps users grow their Plus points by leading a healthy lifestyle and taking preventive health measures. Depending on your account type, you can collect up to 30,000 Plus points per year with a full account (over CHF 300 payout) or up to 7,500 points with a basic account (around CHF 75 payout). Points are earned through sporting activities, everyday exercise, memberships, loyalty, and seasonal challenges, with options to connect fitness devices or Apple Health and even share your location for Walk the Helsana trails.  

Points can be redeemed for cash, partner vouchers (e.g., Galaxus, Zalando), or donated to charities like the Swiss Red Cross or Theodora Foundation. Higher bonus levels unlock larger discounts with partner programs, making increased activity even more rewarding.
