## Description

L’APP Pharmadd è un’applicazione per smartphone destinata unicamente ai pazienti della Farmacia che usa il software Pharmadd.
I pazienti vengono invitati ad usare l’APP dal proprio farmacista, il quale provvede al censimento dell’anagrafica e della mail con cui la persona avrà accesso all’APP.
Attraverso l’APP il paziente ha a portata di mano il diario di terapia e per ogni farmaco riceve una notifica puntuale che gli ricorda di prendere il farmaco.
Lo strumento consente di censire e registrare in tempo reale l’avvenuta presa del farmaco da parte del paziente, di ricevere un feedback circa il suo stato generale di
salute e di inserire le eventuali reazioni avverse che verranno prontamente segnalate al farmacista.
E’ possibile ricevere messaggi direttamente dal proprio farmacista e ottenere le informazioni sulla data del prossimo ritiro del farmaco.
