## Review summary

Users praise PRO-LAB 24/7 for streamlined field workflows and notifications, but repeatedly report critical reliability issues. Crashes, update-related logouts, and the need to reinstall undermine usability, with blank screens during uploads a notable frustration. The app’s strengths lie in submission workflows and notification timing, but stability problems in the field significantly detract from its value, particularly for time-sensitive mold testing.

### Pros

- Easy to use for submitting samples and chain of custody forms.
- Push notifications alerting when samples are received and when reports are issued.
- Potential for faster turnarounds and detailed professional results.

### Cons

- Frequent crashes and overall instability.
- Login issues after updates, including loss of biometric login and repeated logouts.
- Must delete/reinstall the app to regain functionality.
- Blank white screen appears when viewing project status and reports after uploading.
- Logout/login loop that prevents access to the app.
