## Description

Foothill Transit Watch is a free safety and security app for riders to quickly and discreetly report safety concerns to Foothill Transit. Users can send text descriptions, photos, and a short six-second video, along with precise locations. The app offers two quick actions on the home screen: Report an Issue and Call 911. Reports can be anonymous, and the camera flash is disabled to protect discretion, with offline queuing so reports are sent when connectivity returns.

Be On the Look Out (BOLO) alerts show information about persons of interest or missing persons. If you see someone on a BOLO, call 911 and discreetly report via the app. The system is designed to work under poor signal conditions, queueing reports until a connection returns, while protecting user privacy.
