## Description

My altafiber is a utility-style extension that lets you access and manage your altafiber accounts—from billing to service status—right on your smartphone. It covers Billing & Payments, Account Management, and Services so you can view and pay bills, enroll in Autopay and eBill, manage your online profile, and check current and available services including Fioptics TV equipment and channel lineup.

Additional capabilities include Help Center access, live chat with an altafiber representative, notifications for bills and promotions, and quick links to Connect Cincinnati and the Watch Fioptics App, plus an interactive map for altafiber Stores and Payment Centers. Note: an active altafiber account is required; app capabilities depend on your subscribed services, and the Watch Fioptics App requires a Fioptics TV subscription.
