Bu uygulama Tüm Türkiye'de vatandaşların şikayet ve isteklerini; zahmetsizce en hızlı şekilde bağlı bulundukları belediyeye otomatik olarak yönlendirmek amacıyla oluşturulmuştur.

Başkana uygulaması ile Türkiye'nin her yerinden şikayet ve başvurularınızı yapabilirsiniz.

- "Fotoğraf Çek/Gönder" tuşuna bastığınızda bulunduğunuz nokta haritada otomatik olarak belirlenir,
- Belirlenen adres baz alınarak hangi belediyeye bağlıysa ilgili belediyeye ait başvuru formu açılır.
- Dilerseniz hemen gönder tuşuna basarak gönderebiilrsiniz. İlk kurulumda 1 defaya mahsus Ad Soyad - Mail - Telefon bilgisi istenir.
- Başvurularınızın durumunu anlık olarak takip edebilirsiniz.
