## Description

Paycom is a mobile HR and payroll app for employees, managers and administrators. View pay stubs, tax forms, schedules, benefits and time-off balances; clock in and out; request leave; submit expenses and mileage; and review or approve payroll before payday. The app also supports receipt uploads, shift swaps, extra hours and mobile learning.

Managers can handle time, expenses, employee changes, team schedules and organizational charts from their phones. Administrators gain access to workforce reporting, analytics and automated responses to common employee questions. Paycom also includes IWant™, a voice- and text-enabled AI assistant for quickly finding employee information. Feature availability depends on your organization, and the app supports nearly 20 languages.
