## Description

Take control of your health with the Ballad Health app. Access your MyChart records anywhere with internet, schedule and manage appointments, view lab results, locate doctors and care locations, and pay bills securely—all in one trusted mobile experience.

The app also includes on-demand Virtual Urgent Care, messaging with providers, vaccination records, proxy access to manage family health information, and tools to estimate bills. Note that certain features require a Ballad Health MyChart login.
