## Description

VitalCloud allows you to monitor, manage, configure and report on Vitalcare devices in your Aged Care Facility.

FACILITY MONITORING

Functionality

• Facility Overview
	• See calls and responses in real time
	• See all devices that currently have low batteries
	• See calls longer than a time defined by you, in real time
	• See what Vitalcare Devices have not been maintained to your schedule.
• Call Logs: search for full details of all call/cancel events in a given time period
• Exceptions: see a list of all calls in a time period that were longer than your threshold
• Transmitter Maintenance: track and report on device battery replacement schedule
• Reports
	• Graphs and lists of various facility parameters
	• Schedule various reports to be sent by email at regular times
• Manage users and their roles. Create your own roles that give users specific access rights.
