## Description

Beacon Connected Care gives you online access to a scheduled visit with a Beacon provider on your smartphone, tablet or computer. It is private, secure and easy. You can also have a video visit for minor urgent health care issues 24/7/365 — from your home, office or anywhere. Many Beacon Medical Group doctors offer video visits, and you can schedule telehealth by calling your provider.

Services include scheduled visits, online urgent care 24/7, nutrition counseling, and behavioral health counseling. App features include no signup or subscription fees; live video visits with secure messaging; Beacon providers including U.S. board-certified physicians, licensed physician assistants and nurse practitioners, registered dietitians, and licensed counselors and psychologists; prescriptions when appropriate; online credit card payments. If you use Apple Health, you can share vital signs with the doctor during your video visit (heart rate, blood pressure, body temperature, blood glucose levels, weight, nutritional information, and respiratory rate).
