## Description

**BiliBuddy** supports clinicians assessing neonatal jaundice in infants born at 35 weeks’ gestation or later. Use Quick Check to compare total serum bilirubin values with 2022 American Academy of Pediatrics phototherapy, escalation-of-care, and exchange-transfusion thresholds. Enter age in hours, gestational age, and neurotoxicity risk factors, then view results in mg/dL or µmol/L.

Track infants locally, review bilirubin history, plot trends, calculate rate of rise, and determine age at measurement with the date-and-time calculator. Share text summaries through the device share sheet. The optional AAP 2004 pathway is available in Settings, with supported chart ranges identified. Clinical entries remain on the device, while analytics are off by default. Includes reference materials, privacy details, ad removal via in-app purchase, and purchase restoration.
