## Description

Record your catches!

Use the SAMI app with our lures — with the touch of a button, record ALL your catch data including: lure details, catch location and environmental conditions.

Have you ever wanted to:
- Easily set up a database of all your lures and even live bait?
- Track lures you used today, last week, last year?
- Effortlessly log a catch with the time, location, environmental conditions, lure, EBS sound — just by pushing a button?

The SAMI fishing app can do all these things and more!

Add a lure to SAMI in a simple, one-time process:
- Scan its UPC barcode
- Scan the special code found on the bottom of Livingston’s latest lures
- Enter the name, color or model in the search
- Manually enter your lure or live bait name

Keep track of all your lures together in one quickly accessible database. Instead of digging through your hook-tangled tackle box, look through SAMI and choose the lure you want to use. When you catch a fish, simply hit the Catch button and that lure, its color, the location of the catch, environmental conditions and the time are instantly logged. Enter the weight and take a picture to save to your log or share with friends.

SAMI is the most comprehensive fishing app for creating everything you need to plan a trip ahead of time or adjust your plan during the day. Every time you hit the catch button you create a history of your fishing activity to find your best lure, best time of day to fish and best location.

SAMI — Smart Aquatic Marine Instruments — makes it simple and easy to become a better angler!

## Review summary

Users see SAMI as a free, basic tool to organize their tackle and avoid duplicates, with a barcode feature to add lures and view associated images. However, repeated issues across reviews include login/registration failures, a lack of updates for years, missing or hard-to-find lure images, and unreliable barcode scanning with some manual-entry failures. The app shows promise for inventory and tracking, but these core functional problems severely limit usability.

### Pros

- Free basic lure organizer
- Helps track which lures you own and which perform best
- Barcode scanning feature to quickly add lures and populate pictures

### Cons

- Registration/login blocks access (can't register or login)
- App appears outdated with last update several years ago
- Lure visuals are missing or not easily added (no stock pictures, inability to add custom photos)
- Barcode scanning not reliable or can fail to recognize lures; manual entry often not working
