The Salesforce Field Service Chrome Extension brings the Field Service mobile app capabilities to your browser, enabling offline-capable access to service appointments, work orders, inventory, and geographic context, and receive in-app notifications. Built to be offline-first with data priming, it ensures you can work even without a network, while staying up-to-date through automatic updates. The extension is backed by Salesforce1, so you can customize and extend the app to fit your field operations.

Extend and customize with configurable layouts, quick actions, Salesforce Flows, and deep-links to related apps. Features include mapping and geolocation, offline priming, Chatter-based collaboration, knowledge articles, service reports, inventory management (Van Stock, Price Book), parts planning and consumption tracking, barcode/QR scanning, asset history, time-off tracking, and signature capture.
