## Description

WaitLess is a patient empowerment app that helps you choose where to seek urgent care by presenting live waiting times for MIUs, UTCs, WICs, and EDs, along with travel times and fast-site rankings. It geolocates you and opens directions in Google Maps, so you can get there quickly.

It also provides detailed information for each facility (opening hours, treatments, parking, disabled access) and a pharmacy directory. You can call 999 or 111 when needed, or use the 111 web-app before proceeding to WaitLess. Availability currently includes Lincolnshire and Staffordshire & Stoke, with the Wider Midlands region coming soon. The app aims to reduce NHS A&E pressure by guiding patients to appropriate, timely care; for children under 16, dial 111 and for serious emergencies dial 999.
