Mechanisms is the first app for organic chemistry that lets you practice and learn reaction mechanisms by moving electrons. Visualize particles, protons, molecules, and bonds as you tackle 40 interactive puzzles, with hints and real-time feedback that help you learn as you practice. Best of all, Mechanisms is free to use and designed to replace pen-and-paper drills with an engaging, hands-on experience.

Built by award-winning educators and NSF-funded developers, Mechanisms combines university-level curriculum with interactive design. The content covers structure, acid-base reactions, addition reactions, and carbonyl chemistry, with more puzzles and modules in development. It also includes progress tracking and assessments to measure understanding as you go.
