## Description

Chili's LINC is a training and communications companion for Chili's team members. It delivers instant access to job-related training, important communications, and broadcast videos to keep staff informed and aligned with learning goals.

Leaders can view their team's progress on modules and other learning activities. Access requires a valid HotSchedules username and password. A Wi-Fi connection is recommended. Download is optional, and if you prefer not to install it on a personal device, your restaurant may provide a training iPad. For help, contact LINC Support at LINC@brinker.com.
